Paneltim plastic panels for construction of pools and ponds

Paneltim panels in polypropylene copolymer (PP copo) and polyethylene (HDPE) are lighter and stronger than most plastic construction panels. They offer the possibility of very creative solutions for construction of swimming pools, swimming ponds, spa’s, hot tubs, whirlpools, jacuzzi’s, etc.

Thanks to the internal cell structure the panels are very light. They are very resistant to dynamic loads, are resistant against most chemicals, easy to weld to different sizes and dimensions, and 100% recyclable. Also constructions with Paneltim panels are also and easy to clean, with minimal water usage.

Paneltim antiskid floors or lids

Paneltim offers 3 types of antiskid profiles: studs, checker plate and orange peel.

The three types have been tested for their antiskid properties, and perform well both in wet and dry conditions for various applications, making them very useful for integration in production of floors, covers or lids, where antiskid properties may be useful or even essential.

Paneltim connections

Paneltim panels in prime polypropylene or polyethylene can be welded together with other PP or PE elements, such as solid plastic sheets, tubes, etc.

Lining of walls in renovations.

Walls can be lined hygienically using Paneltim open half panels with 11 mm or 27 mm thickness. They are smooth on one side and have the open rib structure on the other side. Paneltim half panels are easy to mount, also on surfaces that are difficult to coat. Paneltim can offer an assortment of profiles to install Paneltim lining efficiently. If necessary the half panel lining can be removed temporarily in order to install utility lines.

Making Paneltim panels to measure is very well possible, and also combined panels are possible.
